We ship via USPS or UPS depending on the weight of the package. Please allow 3-5 days for your package to ship. If you need items faster, please send an email to email@example.com and we will work to accommodate your request.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item and we can accept a return for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
We only accept returns or exchanges purchased at www.delmex.com
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of what you want to return or exchange plus your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please do not send your package back without confirmation from us.
We suggest you insure the package via USPS or UPS and purchase tracking services for your protection and save the shipping receipt for your records as we can only process returned merchandise we have received.
Please include your order confirmation email or packing slip with return or exchange.

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which includes $50 of insurance and tracking. If your package is lost, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do everything we can to assist you. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please email us.
We can not be held responsible for packages once your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you can file a claim with USPS directly.
